Comes with all needed chip installed. Original Harris speech chip and circuitry is built into the main sound board so no ribbon cable and no daughter speech card used. Special attention taken in grounding, audio trace routing, and capacitors. All pinball sound and speech software built into included combination ROMs and easily selected by jumper shunts
If you purchase the sound only version the board will be missing 55516 speech chip, two 1458 op amps, and the licensed speech ROM
